Pro-Am students PLEASE NOTE: The fees above are wholesale competition prices only. Your final cost may include additional teacher fees. Every teacher has different rates, so if you have questions regarding your entry fees, inquire with your teacher.
A late fee of $20 per entry will be applied to entries received after 7/29/2011.
$300 maximum vouchers redemption per person accepted.
Vouchers are only redeemable if sent in with entry form.
Vouchers presented for redemption at the competition will not be honored.Pro-Am entry fees do not include admission to the Ballroom. Incomplete forms will not be processed.
Faxed entries will be processed only when accompanied by credit card information.* For Dance For The Cure events, please make a separate check payable to "Admetech Foundation" for your tax deductible donation. ALL entry fees for these divisions will go directly to the charity fund. Thank you for supporting this most worthwhile cause!
